Social Care-Hospital/GP Appointments
Health and Wellbeing of our clients is of high importance to us, that is why we also offer services like ensuring and taking clients for professional appointments such as at hospital, Dentist, GP to name a few and social appointments with daycare or friends and family. We understand that socializing with others is an important factor to help maintain wellbeing

Companionship Care
We are always ready to keep you company.
Nothing beats a good listener, a smile or just someone to talk to. Sometimes it’s just having someone come round for a chat over a cup of tea or to check in on you or your loved one for a few hours. Looking forward to that weekly chat a week is enough might just be what you or your loved ones need.

Our live in carer service is a 24 hour tailor made service according to your needs and our carers which may include assistance with washing, dressing, meal preparation, shopping, company, appointments and all your needs as per care plan.
We are driven in assisting you/your loved ones to maintain your/their usual life routine and making their everyday living much easier.

End Of Life
We at Modern Life Healthcare respect that our clients’ final days, months, or even years of their lives should be lived with dignity and respect. We assess our client’s needs and wishes and tailor male a care plan to suit which we follow in each individual client’s care. We are also skilled at engaging with other professional team members to ensure our clients are as comfortable as is possible while respecting their wishes.
